• Orders placed after the cut-off time of 2:00 PM (UAE Time) or during any UAE public holiday will be processed the next working day.
• Orders are delivered Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and holidays.
• Caretti cannot be held accountable for unanticipated delivery delays beyond our control.
• Orders for store pick-up confirmation may take 3 hours to 2 business days, depending on the availability of the items in the store.
• You will be notified when the items will be available in the desired boutique.
• The shipping charge for international orders will vary according to the type of shipment and the place of delivery of the Products.
• Shipping fees are indicated at the time of placement of the Order.

• Exchange of goods permitted within 14 days of purchase. Refunds permitted within 7 days. Exchange of reduced items allowed within 3 days, no refunds.
• Accessories must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all packaging and documents provided with it within 7 days from the date of delivery
• All sandals must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them.
• Please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. Items that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.
• Please note that we do not offer any exchanges for online purchases. You are invited to return your product and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase, subject to stock availability.
